There are many ways for you, your family or your organization to be involved in supporting A Foundation for Kids. Here is a brief list of ways to help our organization support abused and neglected children in Southern California.
- Employee Contribution Campaign
- Host an employee contribution (pay roll diction) campaign for the foundation with your business
- Directly or through the United Way campaign, ask you employees to designate A foundation for Kids as a recipient.
- Volunteer time at the Foundation
- Commit your group or family to a service project at one of our 30 children's agencies/homes.
- Serve on an event steering committee; Family Festival, golf tournaments, corporate picnics and sales
- Organize & host a fund raising event for the Foundation
- Work with Foundation staff in hosting your companies/groups own fundraiser benefiting the foundation i.e. golf tournament, casino night, white elephant sale, etc.
- Donate items for children
- Donate services and in kind items to benefit local children's homes; non perishable foods, clothing, toys (Christmas toy drive), sporting event tickets, gift certificates, educational materials, etc. Donation Store Flyer
- Baseball For Kids
- Help us send children to a baseball game this summer! This is a great way to make a difference in a child's life this summer.
- Holiday Gift Program
- Help us make wishes come true! This holiday season, A Foundation For Kids is in need of clothing, toys, sports equipment, games, school supplies, and more for the children in our 50 child care agencies.
